Hafan Gogarth are designed for home occupiers and cannot be sub-let or let out as holiday apartments.
A review of the Eligibility Criteria can be instigated by either Domus Cambria or Conwy County Borough Council, any amendments will be subject to the approval of both organisation.
When the consent was granted for building this development, the council made a planning condition (A106 agreement) that the price should be supressed by 30% to comply with the affordable housing scheme. The mechanism for this reduced price is, for example, the 100% value is £100,000 but the sale price is £70,000. This condition and calculation will transfer with the property and each subsequent sale for the life of the development.
